1. 25 % cancellation prior to 15 days of the booking
2. 100% if cancelled 14 days and before the booking.
3. 100 % Cancellations for long weekends in August, October (2nd to 7th), November and post 15th of December 2014 to 3rd of Jan 2015
4. Credit/Debit card cancellations will be charged 5% extra.
5. Online refunds for bookings made through the website usually take 7-10 working days.
6. Credit/debit card online refunds will only be made against credit/debit card bookings and Usually take 15 working days.
